Services not available in low cost carriers
Low cost carrier’s offers low fares by eliminating different services like refreshment, baggage, stay etc. Beside these services the seating arrangement in the low cost carriers are very congested to occupy more passengers. Except the limited baggage one should have pay for the extra baggage. In some airlines like Air Arabia, you can’t expect a glass of water for free. For this purpose you have to pay the price. You have to pay the price for your refreshment and other related stuff. There is no video entertainment, wifi or internet facility and any kind of premium cabins available in low cost carriers. Some low cost carriers use fuel hedging in order to prevent from buying the fuel when its prices increase in the future. LCC’s generally operate single type of plane which gives them a single type rated cabin crews and ground crews. Air Arabia has 32 Airbus A320 and they have ordered for more 28 of that type.
